  • Products that have been altered, used, or damaged due to customer handling will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Sale items and products purchased during promotional offers.
  • Items that have been used or are not in their original condition.

3. Process for Returns & Exchanges

  • Opening video is mandatory for all return and exchange requests.
  • Exchanging products will be delivered within 7 business days.
  • Replacement products will be delivered within 7 business days.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@polasupplies.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details of the issue.
  • Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions for returning the product.
  • If the requested replacement product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or receive store credit.

4. Return Shipping

  • Opening video is mandatory for exchange requests.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, regardless of the reason for return or exchange.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Ranis Dream Shopping Mall is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and provide an opening video of the package along with photographs of the issue. We will review the request and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
